This project had an attached garage that the foundation had failed on. The garage was tore down, a new foundation was poured, and the garage rebuilt. The brick siding was removed, the two over-builds on the roof added, and metal siding was installed, giving this house a modern look.
This bathroom was dated to the 70's. A window was removed and a new tub, toilet, vanity, and tile were installed really changing the feel of the bathroom.
A buck-and-rail fence was added along this driveway, separating the two properties.
